QA Coordinator with QTP Automation and manual testing:

• 5-8 years of experience in QA with solid experience in web based app, web service and test automation for these.
• Experience in functional manual testing, automated functional testing and experience in load testing is a plus.
• Good manual testing experience and with hands-on experience with QTP automation.
• Should be able to write testcases from requirements/functional specs without needing any assistance.
• Capable of preparing QA plan and estimation.
• Should be able to manage India offshore QA team and should be able to smoothly coordinate between onsite and offshore team.
• Some prior experience in such Indian offshore coordination is plus. If not, at least team leading experience is must.
• Very good experience in financial domain – CIBC experience would be great.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Some testing tools that might be used are Selenium, Microsoft VSTE, Open STA, JMeter. Strong experience in one of these is must. Awareness of other tools to talk about pros & cons is desired.
• Should be able develop & define the QA strategies and should be able recommend automation tools.
• Should be able to manage India offshore QA team and should be able to smoothly coordinate between onsite and offshore team.
• Some prior experience in such Indian offshore coordination is plus. If not, at least team leading experience is must.

Development Coordinator:

• 5-8 years of experience in Software Development with focus on web based applications and web services.
• Should be able take requirement specification from customer and prepare high/low level design documents.
• Should be able to design and develop scalable systems using Java/Open source platform.
• Specific work experience on Core Java, Swing, JNI, Spring MVC/Workflow, IBatis, Camel and Web services (Apache Web service 1.4) is desired. Knowing all of these is plus.
• Experience on Yahoo UI component is plus.
• Any experience in using Bugzilla will be a plus.
• Any experience in developing applications for handheld devices using Java/.NET platform will be a plus.
• Experience in writing unit testing is desired.
• Should be able to estimate/plan/execute projects.
• Should be able to manage India offshore development team and should be able to smoothly coordinate between onsite and offshore team.
